1-La lumière des justes de Henri troyat.
J'ai déjà lu ce livre quatre fois et c'est la cinquième et je suis tombée de nouveau amoureuse des héros de ce livre et de la culture et la civilisation Russe. L'auteur signe un chef-d'oeuvre.

2- Blindness - L'aveuglement. de José Saramago
Un homme devient soudain aveugle. C’est le début d’une épidémie qui se propage à une vitesse fulgurante à travers tout le pays.
Mises en quarantaine, privées de tout repère, les hordes aveugles tentent de survivre à n’importe quel prix. Seule une femme n’a pas été frappée par la « blancheur lumineuse ».
Saura-t-elle les guider hors de ces ténèbres désertées par l’humanité ?
Après avoir vu le film je crois que le livre sera encore plus beau...

3-L'immeuble Yakoubian de Alaa Al Aswany.
En plein coeur du Caire, l'immeuble Yacoubian, véritable personnage principal du roman, est prétexte à raconter tout un pan de l'histoire Egyptienne, des années 1930 aux années 1950, avec l'arrivée de la révolution Nassérienne. L'auteur pose un regard affectueux sur ses protagonistes, les habitants de l'immeuble, qui se débattent tous, riches et pauvres, bons et méchants, dans le même piège.

Trois voyages, dans trois mondes différents....Enjoy !

Gemey Maybellines's new brand MNY !! is a new cosmetic brand i found.

It's very affordable and unlike "cheap brands" the quality is SUPER !
I already tried 3 nail polish colors ( and each lasted one week ! )
and it's only for less than 4CHF !!
Next week i am going to start trying the shadows and gloss...
but i am sure they are as good as the polish....

It was a great discovery at the beginning of this summer,
especially because of it's colors !!

Yellow ! Green ! Blue ! Orange ! Pink...
a small paradise in the coop !!
and plus they have a very cool branding image ( young and dynamic )

I advise everyone to try MNY (maybelline new york)

Byblos is a Mediterranean city in Lebanon of present-day lebanese/arabic name of Jbeil,
It is believed to have been founded around 5000 BC, as the first city in Phoenicia.Today it is believed by many to be the oldest continuously inhabited city in the world.

The Phoenician city of Gebal was named Byblos by the Greeks, because it was through Gebal that papyrus (bublos; Egyptian papyrus) was imported into Greece. Hence the English word Bible is derived from byblos as "the (papyrus) book.

Today, Byblos (Jbeil) is a modern city. It remains one of Lebanon's biggest tourist attractions, mainly because of its rich history and scenic mountains overlooking the Mediterranean.

Jbeil is my city, i can never have enough of looking at the sea, the beautiful scenery, the sea, the citadel, the ruins...I suggest to anyone who's looking for a great vacation place to come and visit byblos and contact me for more info !

So Alice ! Tim ! Johnny ! Helena ! a combination of a beautiful story, a great director, the best actor and actress in the world ! Alice in Wonderland is a masterpiece, a burtonesque dream, decors, graphics, and costumes join all together in making a beautiful movie...

My only negative point is the 3D animation, in my opinion it was weak and useless...but nevertheless, it's another masterpiece signed by Tim Burton and his wonderful team.

Paul Klee (18 December 1879 – 29 June 1940) was a Swiss painter of German nationality. His highly individual style was influenced by movements in art that included expressionism, cubism, and surrealism. He was, as well, a student of orientalism. Klee was a natural draftsman who experimented with and eventually mastered color theory, and wrote extensively about it. His works reflect his dry humor and his sometimes child-like perspective, his personal moods and beliefs, and his musicality.

Klee has been variously associated with Expressionism, Cubism, Futurism, Surrealism, and Abstraction, but his pictures are difficult to classify. He generally worked in isolation from his peers, and interpreted new art trends in his own way. He was inventive in his methods and technique. Klee worked in many different media—oil paint, watercolor, ink, pastel, etching, and others. He often combined them into one work. He used canvas, burlap, muslin, linen, gauze, cardboard, metal foils, fabric, wallpaper, and newsprint.
